• Manage all aspects of property operations
• Maintain positive relationships with all clients
• Oversee rent setting, collection, and expenditure allocation, maintaining accurate financial records
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors
• Schedule and perform property inspections to assess conditions and compliance with safety standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including lease agreements, financial transactions, maintenance logs, and tenant information in our internal systems

• Government or non-profit experience / real estate property management experience
• Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable client groups
• Property Management registration is desirable, however not necessary
• Understanding of the needs of people and having fulfillment in helping
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Current Drivers’ License
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
