The role
As a Contracts Administrator (Property Development Paralegal), your duties will include issuing and preparing contracts and disclosure documents, drafting precedent special conditions and negotiating variations, management of the sales and contracts processes from EOI through to settlement, dealing with Solicitors, Agents, Sales Manager, management of critical dates, conducting searches, calculating and drafting settlement figures and issuing settlement statements, managing records including special conditions, variations, manage the execution of further disclosure issues on projects, management of trust accounting matters including deposits and refunds.
Your experience
You will have a minimum of 5 years Paralegal experience. Off the Plan Sales Property Development experience is also essential.

Well established Property Development Company. Total staff of 95. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $90,000 - $110,000 plus super). Also offer 1 day a week work from home after training.
