About our opportunity
As our Property Portfolio Support Officer you will provide support within the Property Portfolio Management team to facilitate the coordination and management of property related agreements across Council to deliver quality outcomes in relation to a diverse commercial portfolio.
You will build great relationships and liaise with Council departments and external stakeholder including State Government departments, public utility providers, and provide assistance on property related matters.
We will look to you to contribute to a positive team environment in order to achieve a high performance, continuous improvement and customer focused culture.
About you
We are seeking someone knowledgeable and experienced in matters relating to property dealings or contracts. You will have excellent time management skills to achieve proficiency and effectiveness in managing conflicting priorities and meeting deadlines.

- bring comprehensive knowledge of administration practices, including financial and procurement functions and activities.
- have a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- be a team player with high initiative and the ability to problem solve within your role and seek opportunities for improvement and support to the team.
