Property & Sales Administration Assistant

The Role 

The Sales Administrator working alongside the team leader is responsible for the delivery of the end to end administration process for sales and property transactions.  

Main Responsibilities 

• Compliance reviews for all property transactions
• Building and maintaining property profiles in our databases 
• Using templated forms build property listings and print marketing
• Managing all administration in the exchange and settlement process 
• Preparation of presentations for weekly and quarterly meetings
• Assist with monthly commissions. 
• Reviewing all supplier invoicing 
• General administration duties to assist in the securing, listing, selling and managing property. 

Our ideal candidate will be

• Friendly and professional with strong interpersonal skills 
• A strong attention to detail 
• Ability to manage and track spend to budget
• Confidence to talk with our customer facing agents, solicitors and vendors
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with ease
• An understanding of Agent Box would be a bonus

Previous experience in a similar marketing position within Real Estate is desired, however, not required.
