About the role
As a Sales Executive, you will learn from our outstanding team the best practice of Real Estate Sales and Leasing.
Your initial day-to-day duties include:
- Property listing
- Property selling
- Client visiting;
- House door knocking;
- Social media marketing;
- Prospective clients' enquiries follow up;
- Pre-settlement inspections;
- Pre & post appraisals follow up;
- Open homes and inspections assistance;
- Home appraisals assistance
Required Experience
- Previous Real Estate sales experience is desirable but not essential;
- Have a current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- Possess a valid driver's license and vehicle;
- A history of providing excellent customer service;
- Experience in generating prospects or leads;
- Able to use both direct and subtle approach in sales negotiation;
- A focused, driven and motivated personality;
- High-level personal presentation and strong communication skills;
- High level of problem-solving skills;
- Creative and forward-thinking;
- A strong sense of work ethic and positive outlook;
- Process and goal-driven with high attention to details;
- Willing to learn and accept challenges;
- A participative team player;
- Value punctuality
