About the Client:
For the past 75 years,our client has been a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality stationary and sheet plastic products in the Australian Market. Our client services a wide range of industries, including but not limited to agriculture, horticulture, mining, building, construction, and environmental engineering. Their drive to achieve excellence is shaped by their commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and environmental sustainability.
They are currently looking for a Sales Administrator / Estimator to join their team in Malaga.
About the Role
This role will provide you with an opportunity to use your exceptional customer service and sales skills to ensure customers receive unparalleled service. Being a full-time, permanent member of the team, you will have an opportunity to develop your skills in a locally owned and operated organization with a national presence.
You will be responsible for a range of tasks which are crucial to the operations of our client's business, including:
  • Being the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
  • Creating quotes and sales orders as well as coordinating with the production team to ensure the timely delivery of products
  • Deciphering the quantity and type of raw materials that are required for customer orders which are produced on-site
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records in our customer database to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in Sales and Customer Service.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving, allowing you to address customer queries and complaints
  • Previous experience in a similar customer service and/or sales administration role, with an added willingness to learn and develop new skills
