Qube is currently developing and actively selling multiple land estates across Western Australia in addition to amassing a land bank of projects which future proof the business for the next decade.
About the RoleThe candidate will be an experienced Sales Administrator who will assist our professional sales team with the following:
- Processing of sales contracts;
- Managing contract execution and distribution to settlement agents, buyers, agents;
- Updating key internal schedules and record keeping systems;
- Management of CRM database;
- Sales trust account management including bank reconciliations, end-of-month, receipting, commission payments and reporting;
- Management of settlement processes and coordination with settlement agents;
- Assisting the Marketing team with EDMs, REA updates, website updates;
- Other administration support to assist the sales, marketing and development team.
- Previous Sales Administration experience is required;
- Trust accounting experience is preferred;
- Excellent attention to detail and work ethic;
- Strong time management skills & ability to prioritise workload;
- Excellent communication skills.
