Previous property management experience is MUST (At least 2 years) and advantageous and we are more interested in individuals who have the right attitude. Attitude is everything to us, we can teach you the skills if you have the right attitude and work ethic.

Your duties will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service;
- Appraisals & provide proposals.
- Communicating with owners and tenants, including meeting onsite if required;
- Managing rental arrears;
- Negotiating lease renewals;
- Open homes as required;
- Routine inspections;
- Outgoing inspections;
- Maintenance requests;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
- Issuing breach notices as required; and
- Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions;
To succeed in this role you'll have…
- Previous property and/or client management experience is advantageous;
- A real estate licence, or certificate of registration (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High levels of professionalism;
- Previous client relationship or account management experience;
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of PM software platforms; and
- A valid drivers licence.
