We proactively engage with landholders, developers and other key community stakeholders to ensure we can continue to safely and reliably operate and maintain our network. As a Property Services Advisor, the purpose of this role will be to provide the first point of contact for property administration advice for internal and external customers. Reporting to the Property Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining general and legal property records of existing land and rights held by Powerlink, and apply company and Government policy/procedures to facilitate site and route acquisition, designation and ongoing management of network related to property rights. Here's how: Provide a range of property information management services to internal and external customers Create, maintain and retrieve information in relation to Powerlink's property portfolio Provide property administration and paralegal services to facilitate execution of property documentation Ensure property information regarding rights and interest in land to ensure compliance with the relevant acts What you'll bring Year 12 Certificate or equivalent Previous experience in property related administration such as statutory requirements and obligations. Previous experience in preparing detailed documentation in line with statutory requirements, and corporate policies and procedures. Reasonable knowledge of Queensland land tenure, administrative areas and property descriptions. We'd also love you to have: Relevant property paralegal training Knowledge of Native Title and Tenure is highly desirable. The ability to read title and easement deeds, survey plans, maps and layout plans, and interpret and draft property related legal documentation. Previous experience working with GIS/LIS systems to support land asset management and working with easements and other Land Title Office dealings is highly desirable.
