Clarity, in partnership with Wellways, will be establishing a Health to Health clinic in the Sunshine Coast/Bundaberg/Rockhampton/Gladstone. This service provides free to access therapy for those that cannot afford private therapy.

Here's your chance to be part of a dynamic and multi-disciplinary model, working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, registered nurses and peer support workers.
Our team members come from diverse backgrounds, bringing with them a range of expertise and skill sets. They work closely with clients to develop personalised treatment plans that address their individual needs in a safe and empathetic environment.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging in up to 5 client consults per 7.5 hour day, providing personalised care and support.
- Conducting intake assessments and developing tailored intervention plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Advocating for clients and coordinating with other clinicians, peer support workers and stakeholders to enhance interventions and well-being.
- Monitoring and managing client's mental health and well-being, collaborating with other multi-disciplinary team members as needed.
- Participating in clinical meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance your expertise.
What We're Looking For:
- Current full AHPRA full registration or provisional registration
- Demonstrated experience in comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Passion for making a difference and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
