Job description

Permanent full time opportunity to deliver high quality, evidence based Social Work/Psychology/Occupational therapy clinical services in the assessment, formulation and intervention for consumers with complex mental health issues, their families, carers and relevant stakeholders, in both acute and community settings.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Ensure consumers, carers and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds.
  • Comply with the timely and accurate input and collection of consumer related demographic information, diagnosis, outcomes collections and provision of service activity into appropriate applications. The data and information includes the electronic entry and completion of documentation to meet legislative requirements, including Mental Health Act 2016 documentation, admissions, discharges and transfers.
