At Probe, expect to think differently, challenge the norm and find your purpose.Join our newly formed and friendly Inbound Customer Service team working on behalf of Public Transport Victoria.About the roleAs a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be the face of Regional PTV, providing excellent Customer Service to anyone who uses public transport in Victoria. With a variety of inquiries regarding major roads and bridges disturbances to journey planning, you'll have the opportunity to upskill and handle complex call types. Not only will you have the chance to interact with diverse customers, but you'll also take on back-of-house tasks, broadening your skill set. Join our team to become an essential part of Victoria's public transport system!Key DetailsRemote working model (work from home).Remote Paid TrainingCommencing 2nd April 2024Multiple FT and Casual Positions are available.Enjoy rotating rosters from 6am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.Ideal for those seeking diverse work schedules.Full work rights to work within Australia for at least 12 monthsYou will be required to complete a National Police ClearanceAs this role will be a Remote work from home model, you will need to have the following setup:Windows 10 based PC & Monitor Or Windows 10 based Laptop with an i5 processor and 8GB RAM or equivalent.
