We are currently seeking a dedicated Pool Service Technician to join our dynamic Service team. Reporting directly to the Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering consistent and high-quality results for our clients.As a Swimming Pool Technician, here's what you'll achieve:
- Provide exceptional customer experiences by ensuring swimming pools are clean, safe, and chemically balanced.
- Organize and maintain stock stored in your Ute.
- Think quickly to overcome challenges and build strong client relationships while working independently.
- Assist in the installation and servicing of pool equipment, including pumps, filters, chlorinators, pool cleaners, and heat pumps.
- Document service activities and capture photos using our Pooltrackr App to prepare customer reports.
- Engage and educate customers on-site.
- Comfortably handle and lift heavy items, adhering to workplace health and safety standards (must be able to lift 20kg).
