Key Responsibilities
- Providing a high level of administrative support to the Finance Team with purchasing activities
- Assist production and purchasing with demand planning
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, including planning, tendering, negotiation, contract management, purchasing and spend management
- Build relationships with key business partners to support the planning, delivery and management of procurement services
- Ensure the stock control department is well organised to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business
- Comply with Work Health and Safety regulations and promote a positive safety culture
About You
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management and self-organisation skills
- Respect and understanding of workplace health and safety procedures
- Works well in a team and individually
- Punctual with a positive work ethic
- Effective communication skills
- Have your own transport – we are located in Crestmead, South Brisbane.
