About the Role

• A key role in the Accounts Receivable team that also supports the wider finance team.
• Reconcile & Investigate Debtor Accounts and allocations of payment.
• Receipting, Capturing and Processing incoming customer payments & Collections.
• Review & Process new customer credit applications, customer queries and maintain all customer details.

Reporting to the AR Supervisor, this newly created position will be joining a friendly and experienced AR Team.  This Accounts Receivable Clerk role is primarily responsible for performing Accounts Receivable Processing, Reconciliation, Data Entry, Account Administration Functions and supporting the broader finance team. 

Skills, Experience & Attributes

• Accounts Receivable experience is essential for the position.
• Experience in a high-volume account’s role.
• Experience with an ERP environment is advantageous.
• Organised, with the ability to manage priorities and a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skilled, with a can-do attitude and a customer focus.
• Must have Australian work rights.
