We are currently looking to hire a dual Purchasing Officer/Front Desk Officer for our Sydney-based team. This role will be 4 days working in office from our front desk alongside our finance team, and one day WFH.

- As this role assists with front desk, this is a largely in office role - come work at a fantastic vibrant office located at World Square in the CBD.
- Vetting new suppliers to ensure they are legitimate businesses, credit worthy and ethical
- Management of centralised credit card purchasing, and maintenance of the reconciliation of the credit card.
- Ensure compliance with all expense policies and procedures
- Build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Rolling out cost saving initiatives are undertaken to find savings where possible.
- Assisting our Corporate Services Manager with front-desk duties
About You
- Previous experience in a Purchasing, Accounting or Supply Chain environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suits (word, excel) and Enterprise resource planning systems.
- Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships with internal customers and external suppliers
- Completes required mandatory learning/training prior to due date.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- We do NOT require a tertiary degree for this role - we are more focussed on your previous experience and your skills
