The Role

This position supports Council’s direction by providing purchasing support for procurement across the organisation in a professional, efficient and confidential manner ensuring compliance with Councils purchasing policy and directive and the development of good working relationships with all staff and suppliers.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

•  Qualifications in a relevant discipline (purchasing and procurement), work experience relevant to the position or the ability to quickly gain knowledge of Council’s purchasing and procurement process; and 

•  Possess and maintain a current motor vehicle driver licence.
