Purchasing/Office Admin
Full-time Position - 37.5 hours/week.
Collins Industrial Distributors is a privately owned Australian company with its office based at Grange Road, Welland, South Australia. At Collins, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and professional advice to our customers.
We seek an enthusiastic, self-driven team player to be our Purchasing/Office Admin.
About the role:
Based at our Welland premises, this role will be responsible for all Purchasing/Office Admin tasks, including but not limited to:
- Raising and processing purchase orders
- Maintaining price files
- Maintaining back orders
- Processing and taking customer orders (over email and phone)
Hours:
- 8.30 am - 4.30 pm Monday - Friday (no weekend work)
About you:
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred but not required
- Self-motivated and reliable
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently & efficiently
- Competent Computer Skills including data entry
- Experience in Attache is desirable but not essential
