About the role
This company are seeing an experienced QA professional who has worked within the FMCG industry, to join their team on a 3–6-month contract. You will have the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders within the space, and to have a genuine impact on the quality culture of the wider business. In this role you will be assisting heavily with customer complaints, continuous improvement initiatives and internal and external audits.
To be successful in this position you will have a background in food safety and have a genuine interest in impacting quality across the business. You must have the ability to work well and adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
Skills and experience
- Experience working with customer complaints essential.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience within FMCG environment.
- Understanding of HACCP and ISO certifications.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
- Good record keeping, administration and computer skills.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
- A genuinely interest in learning more within the quality space.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
