Key Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the QA Manager
- Ensuring Compliance across food safety and quality requirements
- Conducting sensory evaluation and product shelf life testing
- Issuing Certificate of Analysis
- Identifying and reporting non conformities
- Assist in investigation of customer complaints
- Conduct monthly GMP walk in production and warehouse
- Maintain document control and overall Quality Management System
- Assist in reviewing and updating HACCP plan
- Provide support in Audits
- Review artworks and specs
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in FMCG
- Sound Knowledge of GMP and principals of HACCP
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Attention to detail is essential
