Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP and GMP.
- Handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
- Managing supplier assurance processes to guarantee quality and consistency.
- Reviewing specifications and NIPs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conducting thorough inspections of factories and warehouses to maintain adherence to quality standards.
- Overseeing pest control measures to safeguard product integrity.
- Conducting internal audits and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Cultivating a strong food safety culture within the organization.
- Assessing product quality and identifying areas for improvement.
- Reviewing artworks and specifications to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Identifying and reporting non-conformities, and implementing corrective actions.
- General Administration for Operations department and coverage of Shop Outlet.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
