Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring compliance with HACCP and GMP.
  • Handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
  • Managing supplier assurance processes to guarantee quality and consistency.
  • Reviewing specifications and NIPs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conducting thorough inspections of factories and warehouses to maintain adherence to quality standards.
  • Overseeing pest control measures to safeguard product integrity.
  • Conducting internal audits and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cultivating a strong food safety culture within the organization.
  • Assessing product quality and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Reviewing artworks and specifications to ensure alignment with requirements.
  • Identifying and reporting non-conformities, and implementing corrective actions.
  • General Administration for Operations department and coverage of Shop Outlet.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
