We are seeking a self-motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Consultant who will passionately promote our Listech products. This role is vital in helping achieve sales and profitability targets for growing business segments - particularly within the spatial industry.

We are open to considering applications from candidates located in both Brisbane and Melbourne.

What you'll be doing:

• Increase market share with close collaboration with the sales and marketing team in the promotion of the Listech product range to new and existing customers.
• Achieve sales targets and provide regular reporting, forecasting on progress.
• Present and demonstrate the range of products that Listech offers and clearly articulate the associated Feature, Benefit, Value proposition to existing and new customers.
• Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of the Listech product range.
• Gain a solid knowledge of what software is required to meet the needs of the customer.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales growth and ensure financial results are achieved.
• Contribute to product positioning - through strategic pricing, bundling, feature set offering, messaging and localising the solution as required in collaboration with sales and marketing team.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the region, it's applicable industries and adapt to the changing market trends.
• Attend industry events and tradeshows (present and demonstrate solutions) with assistance from the sales and marketing group.
• Provide level 1 technical support to customers and field troubleshooting, as required.
• Conduct basic product training utilising the resources of the sales and marketing team.

About you:

You will be self-motivated and have the ability to work effectively both independently and as a team with a strong focus on achieving team goals.

Qualifications

• Technical sales experience or strong geospatial/surveying technical background with ambition and aptitude to develop commercial capabilities.
• Comfortable presenting one-on-one and also to larger groups and forums of customers.
• An aptitude to develop strategies to succeed and achieve goals and targets.
