We are seeking an experienced QC Laboratory Analyst with relevant tertiary qualifications in Chemistry or similar physical sciences, to join the Quality team in our internal high throughput, analytical laboratory. Most of your time will be spent testing a diverse range of active raw materials and finished goods that we produce. As a member of our team, you will need to demonstrate hands on experience with:
- Advanced spectroscopy experience and knowledge including HPLC, UPLC/PDA, GC, ICPOES, ICP MS, UV, FTIR including particle size analyser and auto titrator (essential)
- Able to troubleshoot and perform regular maintenance of the instruments in addition to any material analysis
- Ideally with 3 years’ experience in a similar environment, testing pharmaceutical products and raw materials
- Ability to follow analytical test and other various compendial methods
- Able to maintain routine calibration, qualification and validation of analytical instrument
- Liaise with third party vendors for the analytical instrument general and preventative maintenance together with qualification
- Understanding of reference standards used in pharmaceutical product testing
- Knowledge and understanding of GLP
- Purchasing of chemistry laboratory consumables to support the team
