About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:
- Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their business / process goals and objectives, and fully clarify their needs.
- Experience in leading and implementing Business Improvement activities.
- Proven ability to critically and strategically analyse and assess information to develop options to improve service delivery.
- Knowledge in, and an ability to implement and provide sound advice and recommendations on, the application of Business Improvement activities.
- Advanced communications skills (written and oral) including negotiation, consultation and facilitation.
Possession of tertiary qualifications in commerce, law, criminology, business management, information technology, project management or a related discipline, is highly desirable. Qualifications acquired from an overseas educational institution will only be accepted where the qualification has been recognised to an equivalent level in accordance with the Australian Qualifications Framework ( https://www.aqf.edu.au/ ).
