Tell me more...To research, design, coordinate, implement and manage Business Practice Improvements in patient access to Outpatient and Elective Surgery Services across the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Highly effective interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to consult and communicate with staff at all levels and proven ability in negotiation and influencing.
- Demonstrated ability to provide authoritative written advice to senior management on a range of complex organisational issues and ability to prepare complex briefings and reports.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, including the ability to proactively analyse situations and identify and successfully implement practical and innovative strategic and operational solutions.
