We are the biggest meat cool room offering the best quality meats direct to the public and a unique experience for our customers. At Australian Meat Emporium we are passionate about quality and the service we provide to our customers. We work with a number of suppliers along with our own supply chain to ensure quality is always our highest priority.
About the role:
We are looking for a QUALIFIED BUTCHER, MUST HAVE MINIMUN 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH BEEF, LAMB AND PORK.
We bring in our beef, lamb and pork bodies every week so you must be able to breakdown with skill and precision.
You must be experienced in all aspects of butchery and most of all be a team player and help out in all areas.
You will be working in a very successful and very busy retail meat store, working within a great team of people who are very supportive.
The business is open 7 days per week from 7am to 7pm. You will be needed to work a 38-hour week on weekdays and weekend shifts.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
The shop is a “customer experience” the environment is a huge cool room.
