Qualified Butcher

We are seeking a full time experienced Butcher to work across our stores. The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate outstanding organisational abilities and butchering abilities coupled with superior customer service. 

Responsibilities include:

• Stock Management including ordering & shrinkage control
• The cutting and preparation of meat to a high standard
• Creating and maintaining state of the art window displays
• Continuous product innovation
• Ensuring the store team complies with food handling, hygiene, uniform, food safety, labelling, weight and measures regulations

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Be a trade Qualified Butcher
• Have high attention to detail
• Have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Be passionate about food and cooking
• Have superior customer service skills striving to over deliver to the customer every time.
• Have a desire for success, be self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure
• Have a great sense of humour
• Have a high standard of personal presentation and cleanliness
• Be someone who is looking to develop their skills and who welcomes on the job training
• Be able to make the most of every sales opportunity
