Salary Chef - Permenant fulltime position.
To be considered for this role you must possess the following attributes -
• AQF diploma in hospitality(commercial cookery)
• Minimum 2 years relevany experience
• superior work ethic
• ability to work under pressure

The Position duties include -
• food preparation and cooking for Brasserie and functions
• working pans, grill and fryers efficiently
• adhering to our food safety action plan
• monitoring stock control and wastage
Remuneration for this position is $70,000pa plus Superannuation.
