We are seeking a capable Chef to assist our current team

About the Role
Completing mise-en-place, serving meals and washing up and cleaning the kitchen after the preparation and service. The successful applicant will be confident in their skills, motivated to perform and will need to demonstrate:
- Experience working in a hands-on bistro style kitchen
- Uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
- Strong communication skills and grace under pressure,
- Excellent planning skills and the ability to think on your feet
- 12-18 hours per week with the ability to do more hours when required
Certificate 3 in commercial cookery or trade qualification with industry experience is a requirement of the role.
