SalaryWe're seeking an "experienced, trade-qualified Chef" and an "experienced Cook" to join our team in delivering exceptional product that will consist of American Style Burgers and Loaded Fries. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career in a vibrant and supportive environment. We also encourage applicants who are currently furthering their education during the day, as the required hours will predominantly be 5pm onwards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Contribute to menu development and planning.
- Implement cost control strategies and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with regulatory authorities.
About You:
- Passionate about food with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and lead by example.
- Holds Cert IV in Commercial Cookery.
What We Offer:
- Salary of $60,000 - $70,000 plus superannuation - depending on experience
