About Us
We are an all-inclusive child care and early learning organisation operating in multiple locations across Melbourne’s East. We believe childhood is much more than the first stage of life; it's the most important. When children come to Choklits, they get to learn through play, make new friends, develop skills and habits that will become their advantage in life, and they get to have fun. Our dedicated team of 140+ work tirelessly to ensure that every child and family has a meaningful early education experience.
About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator at Choklits, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and enriching learning environment for children aged 0-5. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the planning and implementing educational programs, promoting the health and safety of both children and our team, building positive relationships with all stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our service and actively support children's agency, choices, and influence in the program.

Qualifications and Experience Required
- Relevant qualifications in accordance with Education and Care Services National Regulations.
- Diploma of Children’s Services or Cert 111 or equivalent
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) card.
- Medical clearance.
- First aid training as prescribed in the Education and Care Services National Law Act.

You have succeeded in this role when you:
1. Assist with the design and implementation of effective education programs.
2. Ensured the health and safety of all children and staff.
3. Fostered positive relationships with all stakeholders.
4. Maintained compliance with regulations and standards.
