About our Centre:Our newly purpose built, family orientated Service provides a home away from home for the little ones in our community. Nestled in Quenda Estate, we have onsite parking with public transport only a short walk away. The service is located next to the future Wattleup East Primary School which is estimated to completed in 2024.

The Opportunity:Buttercups has opened a new Centre and we are looking for passionate part-time or full-time Diploma Qualified or Cert III Educators (including Room Leaders) to join our wonderful team.
You will be working closely with other Educators to provide a safe, fun and educational environment for our children. You will provide care, supervision and education on a day-to-day basis, providing input into the daily schedule. You will have the opportunity to develop positive relationships with both the children and parents, providing a supportive care environment. Room Leaders may have the opportunity to act as a Responsible Person at times when the Centre Manager is absent from the Centre, assuming responsibility for the day-to-day operation and administration ensuring the provision of high quality early childhood education and care to children and their families.

What you’ll bring:
- Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA approved Equivalent.
- A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- A warm and caring personality.
- You must hold a current First Aid certificate, Working with Children Check, and up to date immunisation and Police Clearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
