We are a small and friendly CPA firm in Willetton that is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and organised person to join our happy team of 16.

This is a full time position of 38 hours rostered between 8:00am and 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 12.30pm Friday (the office is closed Friday afternoon).
You will report directly to Partners and the Admin Team Leader with your day to day tasks will including:
- Attending to incoming calls.
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Organising incoming and outgoing mail.
- Making appointments.
- General typing, filing, emailing & photocopying.
- Supporting other team member's administrative needs.
- Working on ASIC corporate secretarial files.
- Working on tax returns.
The most suitable person for the role will have:
- Proven computer skills in using Microsoft Office apps and accounting practice management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills.
- High-level attention to detail.
- The ability to work well in a small team.
Experience in a professional office would be advantageous. The salary is negotiable and will relate directly to your experience and skills.
