Quality and Risk Manager in managing and leading the Hospital National Safety and Quality Health Services Standards accreditation program.The role reports to the
Quality and Risk Manager with the following direct reports: Clinical Risk Lead, Consumer Liaison Coordinator, Administration and Policy Officer.
Essential Criteria:- Current Registration with APHRA.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards accreditation program.
- Demonstrated ability to use quality improvement systems and achieve positive outcomes.
- Knowledge and understanding of contemporary clinical risk management strategies.
- Experience in facilitating change and adopting new concepts.
- Sound computer skills using the Microsoft Office and Web based systems.
- Understanding of clinical governance principles.
- Experience in leading and motivating teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Selection Criteria:
- Possession of a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
Remuneration: Senior Registered Nurse - Level 4
