Form of workJob Description:The role: The purpose of this position is to lead, coordinate and participate in clinical review through data review and patient feedback. This role has a high level of interest in clinical governance and patient safety. You will oversee the management of the RiskMan system and ensure all entries are consistent, reviewed and relevant prior to posting.
You will take a lead in patient feedback and invested-gates complaints and drafts responses. You will collates reports on incident management and patient feedback for relevant committees. This role works with the Quality Safety and Risk Manager to make recommendations from incident trends and feedback to strengthen clinical excellence and best practice.
The role ensures evidenced based and accurate information is used to guide clinical practice.
