Currently we are looking for Senior HR Compensation Specialist for our client that is a global pharmaceutical company in Mulgrave.
This position will execute and analyse compensation analysis, grading/benchmarking, and provide operational excellence to compensation operations. You will support compensation programs that offer allowances and one time payments in addition to other compensation programs. Additionally, the role will support global compensation programs within APAC like annual compensation planning and compensation survey submission.

Responsiblities
- Perform job evaluations, market pricing and provide salary recommendations
- Conduct and participate in Annual Salary Surveys
- Interpret salary data and perform analyses to ensure the company competitive positioning within the market
- Propose updates to salary ranges and hiring guidelines if applicable
- Execute and support on annual programs
- Research, problem solve and respond on issues related to compensation programs, objectives and procedures raised by employees, HR and third-party vendors
- Provide reporting and analytics support to relevant department for annual activities
- Participate, support and contribute to global compensation projects and program delivery, leading complex project components and supporting execution and delivery as needed
- Act as an escalation point for HR department for the resolution of compensation enquiries
- Support and participate in the annual upgrade or implementation of the integration and end-to-end testing of various human resources and compensation programs
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improvements in existing processesd within HR department
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college
- Experience and expertise in Compensation Operations
- Practical operational experience of other HR processes
- Experience working within an shared HR model
- General knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes, and total rewards legislative requirements
- Experience working in a multi-cultural/multi-country work environment
- Demonstrated analytical abilities, attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and priorities
- Experience in coaching others to build capabilities or enhance functional depth
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset
