THE OPPORTUNITY
This role will see you lead and manage the Kilcoy Cuisine SolutionsQuality Assurance function, maintaining the Quality Management System to ensure the consistent delivery of quality products to customers.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a person who is ready for a challenge. You will be prepared to roll up your sleeves and work hands on with the Food Solutions Team. You will be ‘Quality Centric’, within the food production industry; having exposure to monitoring production processes and practices to ensure standards are being met, and drive continuous improvement. You will also have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Food Science, QA or Science
- Previous experience in the meat industry
- Internal auditor qualifications
- Be HACCP certified
- BRC compliance
- Halal & export experience
