Quality Assurance Manager

Tripak has a rare opportunity to join our talented management team in a fulltime permanent position. The role reports to the Managing Director. If you have at least 5 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance Manager role and strengths in the following areas, we would be delighted to hear from you:

• Ensuring ongoing Quality System Compliance with TGA GMP and FDA Regulations
• Detailed knowledge of QC requirements of end-to-end pharmaceutical product manufacturing processes
• Leadership within a Quality Department, including recruitment to meet increasing demand
• Support Quality needs of existing and new clients ranging from small businesses to multinationals 
• New product development and innovation support  
• Continuous improvement of systems and processes to support efficient compliance objectives

This role require a hands-on approach, a high level of initiative, and meticulous attention to detail. The position requires:

• Relevant qualification
• Direct experience in Manufacturing and Testing in a TGA/GMP environment and working knowledge of GMP Quality Systems
• Experience within a Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO) or similar
• Highly developed organising, prioritising and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Results driven
• Enjoy working in a complex, multi-tasking and dynamic environment

This role is supported by a team of four direct reports (and growing).
