MPS Connect has more than 20 years’ experience in medication management. Today, we specialise in providing total medication management solutions to the aged care industry in two ways. The first is our MPS Medica medication management software that connects GPs to pharmacists to aged care facilities, their care staff and residents. It saves time, minimises documentation and reduces preventable medications incidents..
The Opportunity
Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the Head of MPS, the Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the implementation, monitoring and maintenance of the Quality Management System to ensure TGA and GMP regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with Quality Assurance standards, TGA and State Department of Health regulations, GMP and GWP (Good Wholesaling Practice) standards.
- Ensure finished product is released for supply by authorised and competent personnel in compliance with documented procedures.
- Manage Change Controls and Risk Assessments relating to all MPS DMFs
- Drive the MPS continuous improvement culture, working with key stakeholders to identify priority areas of training arising from changes to equipment or processes or from deviation.
- Review and evaluate complaint files, non-conformance reports, medication incident reports and production records to suggest process improvements and ensure the Quality Management System meets the business needs.
We are looking for:
- Sound knowledge of GMP principles and standards
- Sound knowledge of TGA licensing requirements
- Sound knowledge of GWP principles and standards
- Proven skills in management and maintenance of a quality system
- Ability to navigate government regulations in relation to MPS products and operations
