What we offer

This pivotal position supports the Quality & Compliance Coordinator in managing all corporate documentation and collaborating with team members across various divisions. The role entails engaging with key users to refresh and maintain documents, ensuring they align with operational procedures and the organization’s objectives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional precision in both written and verbal communication, as meticulousness is crucial in this capacity. This permanent position offers 30-40 hours weekly, stationed at our Mount Maunganui offices. About You

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering accuracy, and attention to detail along with the following attributes: 

• Conversant with the principals and application of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems preferred but not essential
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills 
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to plan and multi-task
• Proactive and demonstrates sound self-management skills
• Someone who can work autonomously and as part of a small team
