Job description
- Maintaining Trainer/Assessor files
- Paperwork checking, including Unique Student Identifier/USI verification and certificate preparation
- Maintain and reconcile WorkSafe high risk licence register
- Maintaining the OHS register
- Monitor and Maintain the third-party arrangement
- Monitor RTOs for referral services
- Equipment service monitoring
- Contribute to RTO reporting requirements
- Contribute to document review and development
- Contribute to compliance monitoring and rectifications
- Assisting the Compliance Manager or Compliance Consultant in the implementation and monitoring of GWPT’s policies and procedures
- Assisting with assessment validation. To validate assessment judgments, marked assessments must be randomly selected from each month’s course pack and de-identified. The de-identified assessments are to be distributed to assessors (on a monthly basis) and completed paperwork collected from them with in the allocated timeframe. Updating the applicable register and record accordingly and ensure it is compliant with the validation Procedure.
