Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration & Compliance Assistant. The Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring regulatory compliance and facilitating effective communication within the organization. The role will be based in Somerton, VIC.
Responsibilities - Administration:
- Assisting with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Monthly Reconciliation through the use of MYOB
- Assisting with Weekly Payroll
- Cashflow management
- Monthly, half-yearly and annual financial reporting
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Liase with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders for accounts and administration related queries.
Responsibilities - Compliance:
- Supporting in-house Safety, Quality & Environmental management systems
- Managing employee and subcontractor Rail Industry Worker compliance
- Maintaining client employee, subcontractor and plant compliance systems (Hammertech)
Experience MYOB, Assignar, Hammertech and Microsoft Excel extremely desirable.
