We are seeking a dedicate and professional Quality & Compliance Officer who has a strong focus for legislation to join us at Link Resources Tectra on a fixed-term 12-month contract. This opportunity is based in either our facility located
You will be responsible for:
- Monitoring the compliance activities and ensuring such activities meet the RTO standards and AQTF framework
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records of compliance activities including reporting and documentation
- Manage the submission of all reporting internally and externally
- Conducting regular internal audits and identifying gaps in resources
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Communicating regulatory requirements or changes
- Conducting post course validations

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Formal qualifications in Vocational Education & Training (minimum Cert IV)
- Previous experience in a similar Quality, Compliance or Risk position
- Previous exposure to the RTO industry (high desirable)
- Unblemished driver’s licence
- Recent experience in a similar position
- Exposure to RTO’s, desirable but not essential
- Excellent customer service
- Highly developed communications skills
- High attention to detail
- A positive and professional working style
