This position provides administrative support to the Engineering Department and will look after a variety of general administration and quality tasks with a high attention to detail.
Other position accountabilities will include:
- Preparing quality related documentation, Alerts, QP’s plus other regulatory documents
- Maintenance of tooling and equipment database
- Maintenance of training database
- Maintenance of NAA Certificates
- Management of QMS (ISO, AS9110)
- Maintaining and organizing filing system
- Prepare training materials (manuals, presentations, etc.) and records
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Previous experience in a QC/Administration role within the aviation industry will be highly regarded.
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills, including the Microsoft office products.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and be self-motivated.
- Able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly customer-focused team worker, who can demonstrate flexibility when required, be motivated and willing to take on new initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of QMS ISO, AS9110 and Part 145 operations
