Job Description:
As a Quality Coordinator in Fertility, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clinic meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will work closely with our medical and administrative staff to develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems, ensuring continuous improvement in all aspects of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems and protocols in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Monitor and analyse quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with the medical team to review and update clinical protocols and procedures.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in fertility treatment and quality management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Assurance, or a fertility related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management within a healthcare or fertility setting.
In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
