Join Saputo Dairy Australia in a full-time permanent position as a Quality Assurance Coordinator.
How you will make contributions that matter
Reporting to the Quality Manager, your new role will be to drive the quality and food safety performance to ensure business, customer and regulatory expectations are met.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the timely, accurate and professional delivery of quality information to internal stakeholders, customers and consumers.
- Acting as a critical pivot point between the business and the customer.
- Monitoring the complaints database and escalating critical complaints to key internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
About you
You will have:
- Previous working experience in quality or similar role.
- A Diploma in food science or equivalent is highly regarded
- A basic understanding of dairy science, processes and products
- The ability to identify and escalate non-compliance and have a basic understanding of root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills and able to work in a team environment
