This is a great opportunity to join a successful Fabrication and Engineering business in the Eastern Suburbs. This well-established company has strong stable history in Laser Cutting and Fabrication and requires a skilled QA Inspector with industry experience.
Your role will encompass all aspects of QA Inspection to and ISO 9001.
Your main objective is to work with companies' quality management systems and ensure compliance in all certification areas. You will implement improvements relating to the Quality System, & development across all departments & locations.
You will also get involved in Special Projects at the request of the Operations Director. Ensure the work environment is safe, clean and harmonious. Plus, general Office and Factory duties
To be successful, you will require QA experience in the Fabrication / Metals Industries be proficient in the use of measuring equipment and have a thorough working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 and the relevant auditing and documentation it requires.
TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Tertiary Qualifications - Trade or Engineering
- QA Management experience
- ISO 9001 experience.
- Fabrication or Metals industry background.
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
