The Job:
This fast-paced role will see you working closely with the Quality Manager, implementing positive changes across the business in compliance with relevant standards as well as managing internal and external audits to meet regulatory requirements. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and executing on the facility’s Quality Management System (QMS)
- Leading the development of the quality plan and communicating with the wider team
- Ensuring the relevant quality and regulatory standards are met
- Minimising the cost of Quality Management, factoring in continuous and efficient production
- Conducting internal and external audits to identify and manage continuous improvement requirements
- Investigating consumer/customer complaints, report on findings, and identify emerging trends
- Monitoring of production safety, HACCP and quality procedures
About You:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma qualification
- 5 + years’ experience in quality related roles across manufacturing
- Proven experience leading quality audits
- Good understanding of Food Safety and ISO standards in Australia
- Excellent MS Office skills

- Base salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 + Super relevant to skills and experience
