Role description
Dhelkaya Health is inviting experienced Quality Managers to join their team. The Quality Manager is responsible for oversight and leadership of Dhelkaya Health's Quality Management programs and the coordination and preparation of accreditation and compliance requirements. The Quality Manager leads and manages the quality team to undertake their roles and support the broader organisation.
About you
To be successful in this role you must have the following:
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience in healthcare quality systems
- Proven experience in coordinating and leading organization's through accreditation processes
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective key stakeholder relationships with both internal and external groups
- Use a quality improvement approach with a commitment to patient safety and person-centered care
- Demonstrated ability to produce high quality reports and data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable collaborative work and effective outcomes
- A personal approach which is positive, enthusiastic, friendly and helpful with an ability to work as part of a team, as well as being able to work independently.
- A willingness and ability to learn with flexibility to operate in an environment of change and continuous improvement.
- Excellent Computer literacy skills
