About the RoleAs the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and enabling the achievement of quality and performance improvements within the organisation.
Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, you will oversee the development and implementation of goals and objectives related to Clinical Governance and Strategic Plan.
- Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Standards
- Monitoring quality program performance and conducting regular quality audits
- Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
- Providing support for quality and accreditation matters
- Delivering training on compliance management, quality, and continuous improvement systems
- Excellent salary up to $135K + Super + Packaging + Travel and Accommodation

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant health field (e.g., Nursing, Allied Health)
- Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant health field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or aged care sector
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Check NDIS endorsed
- Current Australian Driver’s license
